《港樓》NOVO LAND第3B期本週六首輪推售165夥 購樓意向登記料突破3,500個
新地代理執行董事陳漢麟表示,新地(00016.HK)旗下NOVO LAND第3B期已上載銷售安排第1號,將於本週六(7月5日)進行首輪推售,共165夥,當中160夥以價單推售,5夥以招標發售,均爲四房分層標準單位。
NOVO LAND第3B期銷售安排第1號以價單推售的單位,涵蓋10夥開放式、19夥一房、96夥兩房及35夥三房單位,實用面積由259至686平方尺;折實平均尺價11,450元。NOVO LAND第3B期銷售安排第1號單位以定價計市值超過9.8億元。
新地稱,NOVO LAND第3B期銷售安排第1號入場單位爲Dragor第2座3樓D單位,實用面積259平方尺,折實售價299.88萬元。銷售安排第1號折實售價由299.88萬至775.62萬元,折實尺價由10,461至12,980元。項目將於本週四(7月3日)下午八時正截止接收購樓意向登記;並將於本週六上午十時正式開售,首輪推售共設A、B組兩個時段發售單位。
該盤第A組Super A買家須購入3夥至6夥單位,其中每購買1夥一房單位,須同時購入1夥實用面積不少於440尺的單位;及每購買1夥開放式單位,須同時購入1夥實用面積不少於330尺的單位。
第A1組買家可購入1夥至2夥單位,如買家只購買1夥單位,該單位須爲實用面積不少於600尺的三房單位;如買家購買兩夥單位,其中每購買1夥一房單位,須同時購入1夥實用面積不少於440尺的單位;及每購買1夥開放式單位,須同時購入1夥實用面積不少於330尺的單位;B組買家可購入1至2夥單位
該盤連日來項目示範單位參觀人流不絕,包括上車客、家庭客及換樓客。項目截至昨天(6月29日)累收逾3,000個購樓意向登記,料今日(6月30日)可突破3,500個購樓意向登記。
