格隆匯6月27日丨壹石通(688733.SH)公佈,公司於2025年6月27日召開第四屆董事會第十次會議和第四屆監事會第九次會議,審議通過了《關於部分募投項目延期的議案》,同意公司根據實際情況,綜合考慮當前募集資金投資項目的實施進度等因素,對2022年度向特定對象發行A股股票募投項目中的“年產15,000噸電子功能粉體材料建設項目”進行延期,將該項目達到預定可使用狀態的日期調整爲2025年9月,即延期不超過3個月。
