京投交通科技(01522.HK)預期將與運營商簽訂降費補充協議 解決5G通信技術快速發展帶來的業務風險
格隆匯6月27日丨京投交通科技(01522.HK)公吿，集團透過出租民用通信傳輸系統向移動電信運營商("運營商")收取費用並賺取收入，該等運營商可藉助此係統為地鐵線路內的移動設備提供語音及數據服務。
集團於2025年6月26日接獲北京市基礎設施投資有限公司("京投公司")(京投公司為公司的最終控股股東，並由北京市人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會全資擁有)的通知("通知")，獲悉民用通信業務政策有所調整：為加快推進地鐵5G民用通信建設工作，提升乘客出行體驗，提高服務質量，集團需配合完成以下工作：
(1)降低運營商使用民用通信傳輸系統基礎配套設備設施費用，降幅約30%，自2025年7月1日起生效。集團需及時梳理與運營商的費用執行情況，溝通研究簽訂補充協議等方案，以確保費用下調平穩過渡；
(2)逐步取消運營商使用4G及以下信號民用通信傳輸系統傳輸服務費("逐步取消費用")。未來，集團不再承擔新建地鐵線路民用通信傳輸系統及既有地鐵線路5G民用通信傳輸系統的投資建設。集團將(a)全力配合各方人士，加快地鐵5G民用通信建設工作，提升運營服務水平；及(b)為應對5G通信技術快速發展帶來的業務風險，配合研究4G民用通信資產轉讓方案及可能性。
為落實通知所載相關工作要求，預期集團將與運營商簽訂降費補充協議，探索各類方案，解決5G通信技術快速發展帶來的業務風險。集團亦將繼續加強其主要業務分部，並探索新商機以擴大其業務組合，最大化股東利益。
截至2024年12月31日止年度，集團來自民用通信業務的收入佔集團總收入的20%以下。根據本公司目前可得資料及初步評估，由於降費單一因素導致本集團2025年度總收入的下降幅度(相比2024年度總收入)在5%以內。此外，於本公吿日期，據集團瞭解，逐步取消費用並無明確的時間，需視乎相關各方的磋商而定。
