格隆匯6月27日丨港仔機器人(00370.HK)公告,截至2025年3月31日止年度,集團收益約爲1.16億港元,同比減少45.6%。公司擁有人應佔淨虧損由去年約1.31億港元輕微增加至本年度約1.38億港元,增幅約5.3%。每股虧損來自持續經營業務及已終止業務6.6港仙。
年內,集團的收益大幅下降,主要是由於中國當前房地產市況疲弱,導致其房地產相關業務表現不振,以及下文詳述集中供熱業務暫停。爲緩解收益急跌影響,集團年內致力加強成本管控措施。
