生活概念(08056.HK)盈喜:預計年度溢利4700萬至5200萬港元 扭虧為盈
格隆匯6月27日丨生活概念(08056.HK)發佈公吿,集團預期將由截至2024年3月31日止年度的虧損約1950萬港元扭虧為盈至截至2025年3月31日止年度的溢利約4700萬港元至5200萬港元。上述2025年度的溢利增加主要由於1)解散附屬公司的收益約為2680萬港元;2)債務重組收益約為3520萬港元;及3)2024年度的非金融資產一筆過減值虧損約為870萬港元。
