格隆匯6月26日丨波司登(03998.HK)公吿,截至2025年3月31日止年度的年度業績,收入同比上升11.6%至約人民幣259.02億元;公司權益股東應占溢利同比上升14.3%至約人民幣35.14億元;董事會建議就每股普通股派發末期股息22.0港仙。

集團專注核心主業,集中優勢資源,打造主業核心競爭力,致力於成為全球羽絨服行業的引領者。在品牌羽絨服業務板塊,集團於本財年提出"強化品牌引領、強化品類經營、強化渠道運營、強化客户體驗"的"四項強化",進一步夯實核心能力。
品牌方面,集團持續打造"全球領先的羽絨服專家"的品牌形象,堅持品牌引領的發展模式,從羽絨服全球規模領先的品牌認知向羽絨服全球全面領先升級。產品方面,通過品類增效,進一步在春夏季打造防曬衣和單殼衝鋒衣等功能性外套;同時,通過積極拓展衝鋒衣鵝絨服等輕薄羽絨服、升級極寒極地系列羽絨服和開創"爾濱x波司登"城市品牌聯名等,持續贏得時代主流消費人羣的認可。
渠道方面,一方面,持續關注TOP店("Top店")體系的打造,凸顯渠道頭部效應,改善消費者認知,並優化購物體驗;另一方面,通過迭代渠道分層經營體系,夯實精細化運營能力,顯著提升分店態運營效率。
