資金動向 | 北水搶籌信達生物近7億港元，連續20日拋售騰訊
6月26日，南下資金今日淨買入港股52.86億港元。
其中，淨買入中芯國際8.96億、信達生物6.75億、建設銀行5.82億、香港中旅5.3億、阿里巴巴-W 4.83億、衆安在線3.41億、國泰君安國際2.58億、小米集團-W 2.01億、榮昌生物1.12億；淨賣出騰訊控股5.71億。
據統計，南下資金已連續20日淨賣出騰訊，共計207.9862億港元；連續12日淨買入建設銀行，共計80.2139億港元；連續6日淨買入中芯國際，共計42.8099億港元。
北水關注個股
信達生物：擬配售5,500萬股，佔擴大後股本約3.22%，每股作價78.36元，較昨日(25日)收市價82.4元折讓約4.9%，料淨集資約42.65億元，擬將約90%用於推進公司豐厚的臨牀及臨牀前重點創新管線的全球研發，以及用於公司的全球設施設備佈局；約10%用於公司日常營運。
香港中旅：25年以來旅遊業持續呈現向好態勢。香港旅發局此前公佈，在內地“五一黃金週”假期、以及城中活動如大型演唱會、會議展覽等的帶動下，5月初步訪港旅客數字爲408萬，同比上升兩成。其中內地旅客約312萬人次，同比增19%，非內地旅客約9.55萬人次，同比增24%。
阿里巴巴：阿里巴巴集團副總裁、阿里資產總裁李然在2025阿里資產年度峯會正式發佈創新轉型戰略，提出從“資產交易平臺”向“一站式資產服務平臺”躍升的戰略定位，並系統闡述了“三大升級”路徑——產品AI升級、展業模式升級、服務體系升級，全面推動行業服務模式的重構與升級。
小米集團：雷軍6月23日發佈微博稱，大家期待已久的小米YU7，小米的首款SUV將於6月26日（本週四）晚7點正式發佈。同場發佈的新品還包括：小摺疊手機Xiaomi Flip2、搭載玄戒O1旗艦芯片的小米平板7S Pro以及一款“面向下一個時代的個人智能設備”。天風證券指出，看好小米集團的發展態勢，並維持了目標價54.05港元及“買入”評級。該行預計，集團在新車週期下或加速升級，料2025-2026年總收入或達4718億及6796億元人民幣。
榮昌生物：公司將具有自主知識產權的泰它西普有償許可給美國Vor Bio公司，美國Vor Bio公司將獲得在除大中華區以外的全球範圍內開發和商業化的獨家權利。作爲對外許可交易對價一部分，榮昌生物及其全資附屬主體榮普合夥將從美國Vor Bio公司取得價值1.25億美元現金及認股權證（4500萬美元首付款及8000萬美元認股權證）。基於臨牀開發進度及上市的銷售情況，Vor Bio公司還將支付最高可達41.05億美元的臨牀註冊及商業化里程碑付款，以及高個位數至雙位數銷售提成款。
