《港樓》大昌地產鴨(月利)洲項目命名為「璟南」 爭取第三季開售
大昌地產位於鴨(月利)洲項目正式命名為「璟南」(VELE)。項目將於短期內上載樓書,傾向以招標形式出售,爭取於第三季開售。
集團營業部主管周俊豪表示,項目料9月底前獲得入伙紙,而總投資額仍在變化,惟料已超過20億元。
璟南坐落於港島南鴨(月利)洲海旁道18號,住宅樓層分佈於5樓至32樓。全盤提供38席四房全海景大宅,包括6個特色單位。標準樓層採用一梯兩戶設計,高層設大平層及複式格局,並提供雙車位。
樓市方面,周俊豪指,近期市場氣氛熾熱,四房大單位物業成交速度加快,且成交價理想,因此對後市及璟南銷售有信心。
