據報俄羅斯對OPEC+再次增產持開放態度
《彭博》引述消息人士報道,OPEC+成員國一直在逐步縮減減產計劃,有可能會考慮在8月再次增加產量,而若OPEC+真的認為有必要增產,俄羅斯願意在下次會議上對再次增產持開放態度。
俄羅斯與OPEC+的夥伴關係非常重要,據悉,俄羅斯將在7月6日的會議上尋求一個所有OPEC+成員都能接受的方案。
俄羅斯最初反對沙地阿拉伯在本月會議上提出增產的建議,但最終OPEC+通過7月每日增產41.1萬桶,連續第三個月大幅增加石油產量。
