單日暴漲33%！英偉達“親兒子”大動作，再度洽談收購Core Scientific
當地時間週四，據《華爾街日報》援引知情人士的話報道，CoreWeave正在洽談收購比特幣挖礦和託管服務提供商Core Scientific。
據悉，如果談判順利，上述交易可能在未來幾周內完成，具體條款目前正在討論中。
報道發佈後，Core Scientific暴漲33%，最新報16.36美元/股，市值接近50億美元。
4月22日以來，Core Scientific的股價已經累計漲超156%。
一年漲約5倍
Core Scientific曾拒絕過CoreWeave提出的一項收購交易。
去年6月，Core Scientific收到CoreWeave主動提出的非約束性收購要約，擬以10.2億美元（合每股5.75美元）現金收購其完全稀釋後的全部流通股。
不過，Core Scientific表示，該交易嚴重低估了其價值，不符合公司及其股東的最佳利益。
最新，Core Scientific的市值達48.72億美元，約爲當時報價的五倍。
彼時，兩家公司簽署了一系列爲期12年的合同，其中包括一項協議。
根據該協議，Core Scientific將爲CoreWeave提供基礎設施，以支持其高性能計算服務。
與CoreWeave的合作關係預計將爲Core Scientific帶來102億美元的收入，這成爲其業績扭虧爲盈的關鍵。
自去年1月擺脫破產以來，Core Scientific積極進軍人工智能基礎設施領域，將很大一部分挖礦能力轉化爲高性能計算工作負載。
從一家陷入困境的比特幣礦工轉型爲人工智能熱潮中的參與者，Core Scientific轉型反映了整個挖礦行業的轉變，即各大公司競相爲利潤更高的AI客戶改造數據中心。
不過，分析師警告稱，支持人工智能工作負載通常需要全新的構建，而不僅僅是重新利用硬件。
2個月暴漲3倍多
與此同時，作爲英偉達的“親兒子”，CoreWeave近期的股價表現非常亮眼。
自4月22日以來的兩個月時間，CoreWeave股價一路走高，至今累計漲超346%，最新報158.08元，總市值達758.75億美元。
CoreWeave的暴漲讓首席執行官Michael Intrator的淨資產達到103億美元，成爲全球第311位富豪，超過了新英格蘭愛國者隊老闆Robert Kraft和黑石集團總裁Jon Gray。
數據顯示，彭博財富指數成員的財富從50億增長到100億平均需要三年零四個月，而Intrator僅用了12天就完成了這一壯舉。
如今，CoreWeave打算收購Core Scientific擴充版圖，未來兩家公司的表現令人期待。
