瑞安房地產(00272.HK)減持佛山項目資產 變現6.83億人民幣
瑞安房地產(00272.HK)公布,配合集團輕資產策略,增加基金出資總額至35.4億人民幣,以及公司向基金出售項目公司股權,對價34.9億人民幣。完成後,基金將持有項目公司-佛山瑞安及佛山安盈各100%股權,公司則間接持有基金57.63%權益。交易所得淨現金共約6.83億人民幣。
佛山瑞安持有位於佛山市禪城區之商業項目;佛山安盈則持有同區的「嶺南站」及嶺南天地商業大廈。
