格隆匯6月26日丨捨得酒業(600702.SH)公佈,公司擬與公司控股股東四川沱牌捨得集團有限公司(以下簡稱“沱牌捨得集團”)簽訂《不動產轉讓協議書》,購買沱牌捨得集團持有的位於射洪市沱牌鎮的濱江路宿舍、花苑小區、龍鳳街宿舍等三宗小區未售住房共計530套(建築面積46,929.30平方米)、未售商鋪共計8間(建築面積419.02平方米),建築面積共計47,348.32平方米房屋的所有權,及其室內外附屬的、公用及配套的設施設備、附着的權益等內容,成交總價爲人民幣5,670.00萬元。
