漢國置業(00160.HK)年度收入減少7%至10.13億港元
格隆匯6月26日丨漢國置業(00160.HK)公告,截至2025年3月31日止年度全年業績。集團收入減少7%至港幣10.13億元,而重估前經營溢利爲港幣1270萬元(2024年:港幣1.32億元)。每股盈利0.9374元。
收入及經營溢利減少,主要由於廣州北京路項目銷售遞延,令其溢利貢獻延至新一個財政年度方可入賬,以及公司的寶軒酒店(中環)亦延遲重開所致。中國物業市場不振,繼續壓抑消費者對新住宅單位需求,導致公司的利潤率下跌。
