格隆匯6月26日丨恆銘達(002947.SZ)公佈，控股股東、實際控制人荊世平先生、荊京平女士、夏琛女士、荊江先生擬在本減持計劃公告之日起15個交易日後的3個月內（即2025年7月18日至2025年10月17日）,以集中競價和大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過7,484,677股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例3%）。
董事、財務負責人吳之星先生計劃在本公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內（即2025年7月18日至2025年10月17日），以集中競價和大宗交易方式合計減持本公司股份不超過127,113股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.0509%）。
上海崴城企業管理中心（有限合夥）(公司員工持股平臺，簡稱“上海崴城”)持有公司股份347,063股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.1391%），齊軍（董事、副總經理）、朱小華（董事）、黃淮明（監事）、薛劍（監事）通過該持股平臺合計持有公司股份400,418股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.1605%），計劃在本公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內（即2025年7月18日至2025年10月17日），以集中競價和大宗交易方式通過上海崴城合計減持公司股份不超過241,863股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.0969%）。
銅陵恆世豐企業管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(公司員工持股平臺，以下簡稱“銅陵恆世豐”)持有公司股份2,309,750股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.9258%），鄒兵（監事）通過該持股平臺持有公司股份50,700股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.0203%），計劃在本公告披露之日起15個交易日後的3個月內（即2025年7月18日至2025年10月17日），以集中競價方式通過銅陵恆世豐減持公司股份不超過12,675股（佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例0.0051%）。
