孚能科技(688567.SH):兼容鋰金屬負極和高鎳正極的複合電解質材料已開發完成
格隆匯6月26日丨孚能科技(688567.SH)在投資者互動平臺表示,在固態電池技術路線上,孚能科技採取硫化物與氧化物/聚合物複合體系雙路徑並行規劃。 硫化物路線固態電池直接聚焦零電解液的全固態電解質研發,正極採用高鎳三元、負極採用高硅負極/鋰金屬,具備電芯層級的熱失控自關斷能力,該路線沿用公司完善的疊片軟包電池的製備工藝及設備,將鋰離子電池的安全性提升到一個全新安全高度,計劃於2025年底向戰略合作夥伴小批量交付60Ah電芯。 氧化物/聚合物複合體系固態電池與已有技術路線高度匹配,藉助塗覆技術逐步減少電解液含量。目前,兼容鋰金屬負極和高鎳正極的複合電解質材料已開發完成,並研發了獨特的電解質層工藝,可以實現超薄電解質層的高效製備。
