《港樓》將軍澳峻瀅山景兩房戶526萬沽 2017年貨蝕約69萬元
美聯物業將軍澳天晉分行高級分區營業經理黃麗貞表示,該行新近促成將軍澳峻瀅1期6座中層E室的二手成交,單位實用面積約爲504平方尺,外望山景,屬2房間隔,獲買家以526萬元承接自住,摺合實用尺價爲10,437元,屬於市價成交。
黃麗貞指,原業主以580萬元放盤約一個月,買家議價後,最終減價54萬元成交,減幅約9%。
據悉,原業主於2017年4月以約595萬元購入單位,持貨約8年,是次轉手帳面虧蝕約69萬元,或約11.6%。
