標準普爾發布,今年4月美國CoreLogic Case-Shiller 20個城市房價指數按年上升3.4%,較前一個月的4.1%的增長有所放緩,且低於市場預期的4%增幅。是自2023年8月以來最緩慢的增長,因為比較基數上升,而長期國債收益率的上漲則推高基準抵押貸款利率。
紐約(8%)、芝加哥(6.0%)、底特律(5.5%)和克里夫蘭(5.2%)的年增長率最高。另一方面,達拉斯(-0.2%)和坦帕(-2.2%)的房價則出現下降。
