京基金融國際(01468.HK)預期2025財年淨虧損同比收窄約82%
格隆匯6月23日丨京基金融國際(01468.HK)公告,集團預期於2025財政年度將錄得淨虧損不多於1.25億港元,較截至2024年3月31日止年度淨虧損約6.874億港元減少約82%。
董事會認爲,2025年財政年度淨虧損減少主要歸因於以下因素:(i)集團於2024財政年度錄得重大一次性非現金減值虧損約7.199億港元,此乃由於全數撇銷與會籍及活動業務有關的商譽及無形資產所致,而該業務於2025財政年度被分類爲已終止經營業務;(ii)集團於2024財政年度就應付或然代價錄得公允價值收益約1.222億港元。由於相關交易已於2024財政年度完成,故2025財政年度並無錄得該等收益。由於2025財政年度並無錄得該等收益,故部分抵銷了集團年度財務表現的改善。
