格隆匯6月23日丨數字政通(300075.SZ)公佈，公司董事、總裁王東先生持有數字政通1,103,226股(佔公司總股本比例的0.1776%，佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.1797%)，計劃在減持計劃預披露公告之日起十五個交易日後的三個月內(窗口期不減持)，以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過275,000股(不超過公司總股本比例的0.0443%，不超過剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.0448%)。
公司董事、高級副總裁、董事會祕書邱魯閩先生持有數字政通1,478,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.2380%，佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.2408%)，計劃在減持計劃預披露公告之日起十五個交易日後的三個月內(窗口期不減持)，以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過365,000股(不超過公司總股本比例的0.0588%，不超過剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.0595%)。
公司董事、高級副總裁王洪深先生持有數字政通1,673,040股(佔公司總股本比例的0.2694%，佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.2725%)，計劃在減持計劃預披露公告之日起十五個交易日後的三個月內(窗口期不減持)，以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過415,000股(不超過公司總股本比例的0.0668%，不超過剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.0676%)。
公司財務總監馮長浩先生持有數字政通203,000股(佔公司總股本比例的0.0327%，佔剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.0331%)，計劃在減持計劃預披露公告之日起十五個交易日後的三個月內(窗口期不減持)，以集中競價或大宗交易方式減持公司股份不超過50,000股(不超過公司總股本比例的0.0080%，不超過剔除公司回購專用賬戶股份後總股本比例的0.0081%)。
