美股異動丨Circle跌超5.5% 國際清算銀行指穩定幣無法通過貨幣三大測試
“穩定幣第一股”Circle(CRCL.US)跌超5.5%,報248.85美元。截至昨日收盤,Circle上市逾兩週以來已累計上漲約750%。消息面上,國際清算銀行(BIS)表示,穩定幣無法通過任何貨幣的三大主要測試,因爲它們缺乏央行支持、對非法使用缺乏足夠防護措施,也沒有產生放款所需的資金靈活性。BIS指出,社會正面臨選擇,貨幣體系可以轉型爲建立在信任基礎上的下一代系統,或者走無法通過單一性、彈性和誠信三重測試的私人數位貨幣彎路,重新學習不健全貨幣的歷史教訓。
