現恆建築(01500.HK)預計年度綜合虧損約1500萬港元-2000萬港元
格隆匯6月24日丨現恆建築(01500.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2025年3月31日止年度的綜合虧損約1500萬港元至2000萬港元,而上年同期綜合虧損爲1290萬港元。綜合虧損增加主要由於(其中包括)某些地基工程項目因應未能預期的延誤而計提協定及確定損害賠償及往年度已完成項目變量預測之變動所致。
然而,董事會認爲集團的財務狀況維持強健,於2025年3月31日淨資產負債比率維持低水平,而董事會仍預期建築業的長遠增長樂觀。
