藏格礦業(000408.SZ)：麻米錯項目獲西藏自治區發展和改革委員會立項核准批覆
格隆匯6月24日丨藏格礦業(000408.SZ)公佈，2025年6月23日，藏格礦業股份有限公司全資子公司藏格礦業投資(成都)有限公司參與認購的江蘇藏青新能源產業發展基金合夥企業(有限合夥)投資控股的西藏阿里麻米措礦業開發有限公司收到西藏自治區發展和改革委員會出具的《關於阿里地區改則縣麻米錯鹽湖礦區鋰硼礦開採項目核准的批覆》(藏發改產業〔2025〕363號)，批覆的主要內容為：
1、核准阿里地區改則縣麻米錯鹽湖礦區鋰硼礦開採項目。
2、項目單位：西藏阿里麻米措礦業開發有限公司。
3、項目建設地點：西藏阿里改則縣麻米鄉。
4、項目建設規模和主要內容：項目以麻米錯鹽湖滷水為原料提取鹽湖中的鋰資源，滷水經管道直接輸送至加工車間，提鋰工藝採用"連續吸附法+膜法除雜濃縮+一步法沉鋰"技術路線，主要建設內容包括取滷泵站、輸滷管線、回滷管線、預處理吸附裝置、納濾反滲透裝置、雙極膜電滲析裝置、沉鋰MVR裝置、碳酸鋰成品庫及配套公輔設施等。產品方案為年產電池級碳酸鋰5萬噸，同時收回硼元素，副產硼砂1.7萬噸。礦山生產服務期33年(不含建設期2年)。
5、項目估算總投資：453,699萬元，全部為企業投資。
6、如需對本項目核准文件所規定的有關內容進行調整，應及時以書面形式向西藏自治區發展與改革委員會提出調整申請，該委將根據項目具體情況，出具書面確認意見或者重新辦理核准手續。
7、本核准文件有效期為2年，自發布之日(2025年6月23日)起計算。在核準文件有效期內未開工建設的，項目單位應在核準文件屆滿30個工作日前向西藏自治區發展與改革委員會申請延期開工建設，項目開工建設只能延期一次，期限最長不得超過1年。項目在核準文件有效期內未開工建設也未按規定申請延期的，或雖提出延期申請但未獲批准的，本核准文件自動失效。
8、風險提示：麻米錯鹽湖位於西藏阿里地區改則縣，地處高原，自然環境惡劣，基礎設施不完善，可能存在項目建設不及預期。敬請廣大投資者理性投資，注意投資風險。
