據稱蘋果(AAPL.US)擬放寬其規則作為談判 以避免數位法案罰款
據《金融時報》引述消息報道,蘋果公司(AAPL.US)計劃放寬其規則,允許用戶在其App Store之外訪問外部網站,作為與歐洲委員會談判的一部分。
於4月23日,歐盟委員會因蘋果未遵守其《數字市場法案》(DMA)對其處以5億歐元的罰款,該法案要求公司通知用戶在App Store外的選擇,並允許他們享用替代選擇。蘋果尋求與歐盟監管機構妥協,以避免在委員會的60天合規期限到期後再次受到罰款。
報道指,蘋果將提出讓步以爭取更多時間,因歐盟必須在對此事做出決定之前評估提議的變更。
