桐昆股份(601233.SH)：啓動新疆鄯善縣七克臺礦區長草東露天煤礦項目建設
格隆匯6月20日丨桐昆股份(601233.SH)公佈，公司審議通過了《關於啓動新疆鄯善縣七克臺礦區長草東露天煤礦項目建設的議案》。
建設該項目，是公司搶佔新資源、打造新動能，拓展新能力的需要。考慮到公司的後續發展，併爲提升今後企業的盈利能力，打造公司新的經濟增長點，按照“上佔資源，下拓市場”的整體發展思路，並結合集團公司延鏈、補鏈、強鏈的發展需求，經董事會審議，決定啓動新疆鄯善縣七克臺礦區長草東露天煤礦項目建設。該項目年產煤炭500萬噸（其中，常規產能350萬噸/年、儲備產能150萬噸/年），預計該項目產出的煤炭通過分質利用的形式，根據煤炭及相關產品的屬性，以最優經濟性原則分類進行消納，適合以化工原料煤或燃料煤的部分在公司內部進行消納，適合其他應用場景的煤炭及相關產品通過在新疆當地深加工或對外銷售。
建設該項目，是公司進一步向上延伸產業鏈，完善聚酯化纖主業原料供應、保障新疆當地生產裝置燃料穩定供應的需要。2025年公司在新疆的中昆新材料熱電聯產項目、宇欣新材料熱電聯產項目預計消耗燃料煤50萬噸。此外，後續新疆中昆新材料有限公司計劃投資約10億，對現已建成的天然氣制乙二醇項目（一期）進行煤炭清潔高效利用技術改造，以煤爲原料，通過煤氣化裝置生產合成氣，經過低溫甲醇洗脫除二氧化碳、硫化氫，然後進入原天然氣制乙二醇項目的深冷分離和變壓吸附分離出其中的一氧化碳和氫氣，分別送草酸二甲酯裝置和乙二醇裝置生產乙二醇，滿足年產60萬噸乙二醇的用氣需求，預計年使用煤炭量140萬噸（原料煤）。項目的實施，可以實現公司煤炭資源的就地轉化，切入煤制乙二醇領域，打破現有天然氣制乙二醇裝置原料來源單一的限制，有利於提升聚酯化纖主業原料的自給保障度，提升產業鏈韌性與安全，更好促進企業轉型升級高質量發展，爲我國紡織服裝產業具備國際競爭力、發展壯大國內紡織服裝產業做出更大貢獻。
項目工程建設總資金614,420.44萬元，其中項目建設投資（露天礦+選煤廠）232,694.44萬元，建設期利息20,335.72萬元，探礦權成交價381,726.00萬元，鋪底流動資金6,400.55萬元。（最終以項目建設實際投資開支爲準）。資金來源爲自籌與申請銀行貸款相結合。
