德祥地產(00199.HK)盈警:預計年度淨虧損不少於7.5億港元
格隆匯6月20日丨德祥地產(00199.HK)公佈,集團預期於截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得公司擁有人應占淨虧損不少於港幣7.5億元,相比2024年度約為港幣6.449億元。年度淨虧損預期上升的主要因素如下︰
(1)位於香港及英國的若干物業已於年度內出售,預計將導致年度公司擁有人應占毛虧(包括物業存貨減值)不少於港幣2.5億元(2024年度:港幣5700萬元)。
(2)集團於年度內已出售其於加拿大一間酒店物業的全部50%股權,以及出售於一組合營公的10%權益。該等出售事項預計將導致年度出售合營公司權益之虧損總額不少於港幣3.2億元。
(3)集團與三亞市人民政府達成一項協議,給予集團一筆補償金以收回一塊位於中華人民共和國海南省三亞市之土地。因此,預計年度的補償金收益將不少於港幣2億元。
(4)本年度並無如2024年度錄得一間聯營公司的減值虧損約港幣1.362億元。
