進升集團控股(01581.HK)盈喜:預計年度淨溢利約3200萬港元-3500萬港元
格隆匯6月20日丨進升集團控股(01581.HK)公佈,預計集團於截至2025年3月31日止年度錄得淨溢利介乎約3200萬港元至3500萬港元,而截至2024年3月31日止年度則錄得淨溢利約2220萬港元。
董事會認爲,該增長主要歸因於:(i)年度錄得所得稅抵免約460萬港元,而截至2024年3月31日止年度則錄得所得稅開支約170萬港元。此乃主要由於集團動用過往未確認的稅項虧損;及(ii)年度毛利增加,主要受到收入增長約25%的推動,此乃主要由於集團於年度所承接現有項目的新合約及變更令增加,以及獲授新合約。
