深圳住建局正式發布《深圳市拆除重建類城市更新單元保障性住房配建規定》提出,要多渠道增加保障房供應。在改造後含商品住房的各類城市更新單元規劃中,按住房建築面積的一定比例配建保障性住房。移交建設模式明確分為:保障房住房面積折算成獨立成宗的保障房用地(原則上不小於3,000平方米,無償移交政府開發,以及實施主體與商品房一併建設,建成後無償移交給政府或指定機構。 至於,產權與地價方面,按測算比例標準配建移交政府的保障性住房,免繳地價。
