大新金融料香港今年整體通脹升約2%

大新金融集團首席經濟師溫嘉煒指出,香港5月整體消費物價指數按年升幅放緩至1.9%,低於市場預期,剔除政府一次性紓困措施的影響後,基本通脹升1%,較4月回落0.3個百分點,本月通脹放緩主要反映了食品、耐用品及衣履等價格跌幅擴大,抵銷了私人住宅租金及能源相關價格升幅加快的影響。 他指出,衣履及耐用品價格跌幅持續擴大或反映消費市道仍然低迷,中美貿易戰陰霾下部分內地出口商品轉為內銷,抑壓消費品價格,但隨租金穩步上升及紓困措施結束,預期今年全年本港通脹將升約2%。
