《大行》花旗降莎莎(00178.HK)目標價至1元 維持「買入」評級
花旗發表研究報告指,莎莎國際(00178.HK)今年3月底止2025財年收入及核心盈利分別下降10%和51%,符合早前公布的盈利警告。不過,集團宣派末期息1.7仙,符預期,並計劃在未來維持穩定70%派息率。
花旗提到,雖然莎莎的復甦前景疲弱,但銷售趨勢或出現轉捩點,訪客量及顧客喜好均有上升趨勢。該行下調集團2026及27財年的淨利潤預測23%及17%,以反映收入及利潤率預測獲下調,考慮估值不高,維持集團「買入」評級,但將目標價由1.18元降至1元。
