《港樓》西營盤尚瓏45伙劈價三成二 242實呎戶折實457萬元起
富豪酒店(00078.HK)及百利保(00617.HK)旗下西營盤皇后大道西160號尚瓏已屆現樓,該盤於2021年3月公布首張價單,但近日更新,當中45伙劈價,減幅約16%至20%,同時增加付款折扣,由原先的16%,基本折扣擴大至29%,部分單位可獲額外3%,總折扣共32%,令整批單位實際減幅約32%至36%。 當中減幅最高為10樓B室,實用面積265方呎,原先折實價約801.3萬元,目前折實價降至561.4萬元,折實呎價由30,240元,目前減至19,486元,減幅36%。至於入場單位為6樓D室,實用面積242方呎,折實價457萬元,折實呎價18,875元。 同時亦加推2號價單,涉及35伙,實用面積由242至477平方呎,定價由687.3萬至1,521萬元,呎價由28,080至32,092元,扣除29%及32%折扣後,折實價由約467.3萬至1,080萬元,折實呎價由19,094至22,785元。該盤亦上載銷售安排,於周日(22日)銷售74伙,部分單位連租約一併發售。
