研報掘金丨國盛證券:京東方A擬收購彩虹光電30%股權,維持“買入”評級
國盛證券研報指出,京東方A擬收購彩虹光電30%股權,緊抓產業格局整合演進機遇。交易完成後,彩虹股份對彩虹光電的持股比例降至69.79%,仍為控股股東,彩虹光電繼續納入彩虹股份合併報表範圍。此次收購將在多方面為京東方顯示業務加碼。值得注意的是,彩虹光電是三星電子當前70英寸面板的獨供廠商,入股彩虹光電有望進一步鞏固三星電子與京東方系的面板合作關係,雙方破冰之路或將在2026年取得突破。當前京東方股價對應2025年PB估值約為1.0倍,維持“買入”評級。
