陳翊庭:港交所(00388.HK)和內地交易所可利用互聯互通及QFII等制度吸外資
港交所(00388.HK)行政總裁陳翊庭表示,中國現時已是世界第二大資本市場,為港交所以及內地幾個交易所多年經濟耕耘出來的成果,未來必須將中國資本市場打造成多層次市場體系,讓港交所與內地交易所達致優勢互補、錯位發展 。
她認為,目前外資參與中國資產仍屬較低水平,香港和內地的交易所可以共同發力,利用互聯互通及境外機構投資者(QFII)等制度,吸納外國資金。
上海證券交易所理事長邱勇稱,中國自改革開放以來,門是愈開愈大,上交所與香港等境外交易所的互聯互通合作會有更大發展空間。
