數據與持續高利率和消費者需求悲觀的長期狀況一致,因為關稅和不確定的經濟條件抬高了抵押貸款成本。目前銷售條件下降兩點至35,未來六個月的銷售預期下降兩點至40。潛在買家的流量亦穩定地下降兩點至21。
