環聯:香港去年第四季新增貸款宗數增6.6% Z世代升幅最顯着
環聯(TRU.US)發表最新信貸行業分析報告,顯示去年第四季私人貸款市場出現反彈,新增貸款宗數按年增長6.6%,惟相關平均信貸額按年下跌2.9%。來自Z世代(1995至2004年出生)消費者的新增貸款宗數增長幅度最爲顯着,按年升35.4%,佔整體新增貸款宗數的15.5%,佔比較去年同期增長3.3個百分點。
信用卡市場方面,去年第四季新卡髮卡量按年跌4.5%,環聯指反映出本港零售業連續13個月下跌,預期趨勢可能延續至今年首季。金管局數據顯示,隨着樓市持續復甦,今年首季新增按揭貸款數字顯着反彈,新增按揭貸款宗數及其平均貸款額分別按年上升18.7%及9.6%。
環聯亞太區研究與諮詢首席顧問孫威瀚表示,本港樓市回暖,但樓價仍處相對低位,置業負擔減少推動成交增加,可望帶動其他信貸產品增長,因新業主往往會申請私人貸款來購置新家電,或透過循環貸款及信用卡支付家居裝修等大額消費,均有助帶動信貸產品需求。
