穎通控股(06883.HK)公布,計劃全球發行約3.33億股,當中90%為全球發行,另外10%為香港公開發售,發售價介乎2.8至3.38元,以每股1,000手計算,入場費為3,414.09元,預計將於周四(26日)於聯交所上市。
集團指,假設發售價範圍中位數3.09元定價,發售所得淨額約為9.5億元。所得款項的15%約用於發展自有品牌、收購或投資外部品牌;約55%用於發展及擴大直銷渠道;約10%提升集團知名度、約10%用作營運資金或一般企業用途。
