美股異動丨T-Mobile盤前下跌近4%,遭軟銀拋售
T-Mobile(TMUS.US)盤前下跌近4%報221.94美元,軟銀通過出售T-Mobile股份籌集了48億日元。彭博引述交易文件稱,日本軟銀(SoftBank)通過大宗交易出售美國電訊商T-Mobile股份,套現49億美元。軟銀通過美銀配售2150萬股T-Mobile,每股作價介乎224至228美元。配售價較T-Mobile週一收市價有逾3%折讓。該批股份相當於T-Mobile的1.9%股權。
