陳家強:本港上市公司回歸A股 助改善創新企業融資渠道
財經事務及庫務局前局長陳家強向《無線新聞》表示,本港上市公司回歸A股市場,將有利完善創新企業的融資渠道。過去港交所(00388.HK)已優化上市門檻,如特專科技公司上市制度,若深圳與香港股市可加強互通,建立雙向互動的上市機制,這將可進一步發揮雙方的資本市場優勢。
他又稱,香港優勢在於完善的法規及監管制度,認為香港可建立AI政策,由政府推動香港成為AI發展中心,以吸引技術人才及資金,認為香港有條件發展成為AI示範城市,建立具競爭力的創新金融體系。
