115億大單簽了！中油工程中東突圍，未來4年利潤穩了？
中油工程斬獲115億元中東大單。
6月13日，中油工程公告稱，公司全資子公司中國石油工程建設有限公司與TotalEnergies（以下簡稱“道達爾能源”）就伊拉克阿塔維油田氣體處理廠項目簽署EPSCC承包合同，合同金額16.01億美元（約115.38億元人民幣）。項目達成臨時驗收的計劃工期爲39個月。
中油工程表示，該合同履行對公司本年度的資產總額、淨資產和淨利潤等不構成重大影響，但將對公司未來4-5年的營業收入和利潤總額產生一定積極影響。
年內中標三筆中東訂單
資料顯示，中油工程是中國石油天然氣集團公司控股的大型油氣工程綜合服務商，業務包括油氣田地面工程、管道與儲運工程、煉化工程、工程服務，以及新能源新材料工程、環境工程等新興業務，服務能力涵蓋油氣工程建設全產業鏈。
道達爾能源成立於1924年，總部位於法國巴黎，是歐洲市值最大的綜合能源公司之一，業務涵蓋油氣勘探、天然氣與LNG交易、煉化、化工以及可再生能源等多個領域。
今年以來，中油工程公告其子公司相繼中標了三筆中東訂單，其中有兩筆訂單的合作方是道達爾能源。但僅有本次訂單正式簽訂合同，並且本次訂單的合同金額在三筆訂單中最高。
2024年新簽訂單創新高
經營業績層面，近年來，公司新籤合同額持續增長。
2024年中油工程累計實現新籤合同額1250.76億元，同比增加14.39%，創歷史新高。其中，國內市場新籤合同額爲879.56億元，海外市場新籤合同額爲371.20億元，佔比分別爲70.32%和29.68%。
2025年一季度，公司累計新籤合同額295.22億元，同比增長6.38%。其中，國內市場新籤合同額241.97億元，佔比81.96%；境外市場新籤合同額53.25億元，佔比18.04%。
2024年公司實現營業收入859.17億元，同比增長6.94%；同期實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.35億元，同比下降14.80%。
今年一季度，公司實現營業收入171.29億元，同比增長16.26%；同期實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤1.94億元，同比下降19.82%。
