美股異動|美國鋼鐵盤前升超5% 特朗普有條件批准日本製鐵收購美鋼交易
美國鋼鐵(X.US)盤前升超5%,報54.83美元。消息面上,美國總統特朗普上週五簽署行政命令,批准日本製鐵以149億美元收購美鋼交易,條件為兩間公司與美國財政部簽署協議,解決交易引發的國家安全問題。兩間公司其後宣佈已簽署有關協議,並指該協議包括到2028年將進行110億美元新投資,以及治理、生產和貿易承諾。據悉,美國政府將獲得一股“黃金股”,但兩間公司未透露更多細節。 (格隆匯)
