格隆匯6月12日丨智富資源投資(00007.HK)公吿,截至2023年12月31日止年度,集團錄得收益約7.37億港元,較上一年度增長約44.1%。年內,集團的貿易業務快速增長,手機及電子設備銷售收益顯著增加。然而,由於整體市場環境變化及集團位於湛江的投資物業出現重大公平值虧損,集團錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約19.46億港元(2022年:公司擁有人應占溢利約2.5億港元),導致每股基本虧損約0.634港元(2022年:每股盈利0.095港元(經重列))。
