藥明生物(02269.HK)主要股東折讓5%減持8,294萬股 套現逾22億元
藥明生物(02269.HK)公布,董事長兼非執行董事李革控制的Biologics Holdings作為公司主要股東,於6月14日與配售代理摩根士丹利國際訂立大宗交易協議,配售所持的8,294萬股現有股份,佔公司已發行股本約2.04%,代價為每股26.6元,較其上周五(13日)收市價28元折讓5%,預料套現22.06億元。
配售完成後,Biologics Holdings於藥明生物的持股將從約14.36%降至12.32%,繼續為公司主要股東。
