大同集團(00544.HK)建議「十合一」 每手買賣單位擬改為5,000股
大同集團(00544.HK)公布,董事會建議實施股份合併,將股本中每10股已發行及未發行每股面值0.01元的現有股份合併為一股面值0.1元的合併股份,並建議取決於並待股份合併生效後,於聯交所買賣的每手買賣單位將由2萬股現有股份變更至5,000股合併股份。
假設股份合併已經生效,根據目前每股現有股份於聯交所所報之收市價0.063元計算,每手5,000股合併股份之價值將為3,150元。
公司將向聯交所申請批准股份合併生效後的已發行及將予發行的合併股份上市及買賣。
