新世界發展(00017.HK)夥拍帝國集團、資本策略地產(00497.HK)、麗新發展(00488.HK)及港鐵(00066.HK)合作發展,黃竹坑滶晨繼續截標,昨日(11日)再錄九宗大額成交,包括3伙四房雙套及6伙三房一套,成交價由2,436.7萬至5,608.8萬元,呎價由29,500至36,040元,單日套現逾3.3億元。 當中,再有大手買家「一客兩食」,斥資逾1億元購入2間面向深水灣大宅,其中第1座(1B)29樓P2單位,實用面積1,559平方呎,四房雙套連工人房及洗手間設計,連同一個停車位,呎價35,977元,售價5,608.8萬元。另外第1座(1B)29樓P1室,實用面積1,422平方呎,四房雙套連工人房及洗手間設計,連同一個停車位,售價4,838.8萬元,呎價34,028元,兩伙合共逾1.04億元。 滶晨八日招標共成功標售44伙面向深水灣大宅,合共套現逾21億元,每伙平均成交價逾4,800萬,平均呎價逾37,000,共錄6組大手富豪客。 另外,項目自公布首張價單後,截至昨晚7時,累收逾3,500票,按本周六首輪以價單發售138伙計,超額認購逾24倍。
