惠譽降全球石油及天然氣行業前景評級至「惡化」
評級機構惠譽表示,由於美國關稅、OPEC+增產以及非OPEC+供應增加等對需求造成壓力,因此將全球石油與天然氣行業今年的前景評級從「中性」降至為「惡化」,不過這對個別發行人的評級影響有限,因目前發行人的資產負債表是在「一段高油價時期及嚴格資本紀律」後所建立起來。
惠譽目前預計,今年全球石油需求將增長約每日80萬桶,低於先前預測的略高於100萬桶,因供應增長加速意味著市場將持續供應過剩,對今年油價預測將從4月時的每桶70美元下調至每桶65美元。
惠譽表示,關稅戰雖然有所降溫,但關稅稅率的不確定性以及已實施關稅所帶來的影響,仍將是影響宏觀經濟預測的關鍵因素,導致石油消耗增幅低於此前預期。
