CHEVALIERINT'L(00025.HK)預計年度除稅後虧損約4億至5億港元
格隆匯6月11日丨CHEVALIERINT'L(00025.HK)公告,與去年度錄得公司股東應佔除稅後虧損約爲港幣3.70億元(經審計)相比,集團預計截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得公司股東應佔除稅後虧損約港幣4億元至港幣5億元(未經審計)。
年度的虧損主要由於集團於2025年3月31日確認按公允值列入損益處理的投資虧損,及對於發展中物業的撥備所致。然而,公司股東及有意投資者應注意,上述提及的因素均爲會計虧損,對集團的現金流並無即時影響。儘管集團預計截至2025年3月31日止年度將錄得虧損,但集團的財務狀況仍然保持穩健。
