據報如美國失去所有AAA評級 強積金管理人將拋售美國國債
外媒報道引述消息指,香港強積金管理人已制定初步計劃,如果美國失去最後一個AAA最高信用評級,將在3個月內減持所持有的美國國債。
報道指,香港強積金規模達1.3萬億元,根據規定,管理機構只能在美國獲得經批準機構授予AAA或同等評級的情況下,纔將其10%以上的資金投資於美國國債。而穆迪上月下調了美國主權債務評級後,日本R&I成爲目前唯一授予AAA評級的公司。儘管R&I表示不考慮下調對美國評級,但積金局上月曾敦促強積金管理人制定「應急計劃」,以應對評級下調的情況。
