太保:加大權益配置成爲險資必然之舉 加快打造專業化營銷隊伍
中國太保(02601.HK)(601601.SH)總裁趙永剛在「2024年度股東大會」上表示,從壽險來看,太保將繼續深化轉型,推動實現價值可持續增長。具體上,個險渠道積極響應營銷體制改革要求,加快打造專業化及職業化營銷隊伍,統籌新客戶開發和存量客戶服務,不斷推動客層上移。另一方面,銀保渠道持續打造銀行和公司深度融合模式,深耕高客和極高客市場,提升銀保價值貢獻。同時,持續優化產品結構,推動浮動收益型產品銷售,滿足客戶多元化需求。
趙永剛又指,從產險來看,太保將堅持效益優先,進一步提升經營質效,深度參與支持新質生產力發展和重點產業轉型升級,積極把握科技保險、綠色保險及新能源車險和航運險等發展機遇,增強可持續發展的基礎和能力。從車險來看,車險業務夯實基本盤,強化重點渠道獲客能力,完善新能源車險經營模式;非車業務將聚焦重點險種深化費賠聯動,提高精細化管理能力,提升專業服務能級,進一步促進業務結構調整和品質改善。
太保副總裁蘇罡在會上表示,當前市場環境下,利率中樞持續下行,保險資金配置壓力較大,加大權益配置成爲必然之舉。公司將嚴格遵循保險資金的風險收益偏好約束原則,以獲取長期、穩定及可持續的投資回報爲目標。具體投資策略上,公司將股息價值作爲核心策略,不斷尋找低估值、高分紅及可持續成長的上市公司作爲投資標的,以獲取穩健及可預期的股息收益和合理的長期資本增值。
太保董事長傅帆在會上則表示,面向未來,公司將通過實施「大康養」戰略,構建養老金融、商業健康險和康復醫療、機構養老及居家照護等全週期服務鏈,推動康養服務與保險主業協同共生,打造大保險生態。公司計劃通過實施「人工智能+」戰略,加大AI對公司經營的全面賦能,全面提升創新驅動力和營運效能,同時探索開拓AI領域風險減量管理市場,培育打造新的業務增長極。此外,公司將通過實施「國際化」戰略,緊跟中企出海步伐提升服務能級,穩步推進海外服務網絡建設、跨境保險合作、國際化人才打造和境外資產配置。
