格隆匯6月6日丨創維集團(00751.HK)發佈公告,要約已於最後接納時間,即2025年6月6日下午4時正結束。於最後接納時間,過戶登記處已從要約項下接納股東收到有關合共341,262,688股股份(即已提交股份)的有效接納,佔本公告日期已發行股份總數約15.28%及佔公司根據要約擬回購最高數目股份350,000,000股約97.50%。
公司將於完成時回購合共341,262,688股股份,並預計將於2025年6月17日落實。公司根據要約回購該等股份應支付的總代價爲港幣1,061.3百萬元。
