格隆匯6月6日丨*ST原尚(603813.SH)公佈,公司擬使用自有資金在香港設立全資子公司香港原尚物流有限公司(暫定名,最終名稱以登記註冊結果爲準),標的公司註冊資本擬定爲300萬港幣(或等額的其他貨幣)。
本次在香港投資設立全資子公司符合公司的戰略規劃及經營需要,依託香港的地域優勢,加強公司與國際市場的合作交流及海外業務拓展,對公司長期發展和戰略佈局具有積極影響,有利於增強公司的綜合競爭力;標的公司成立後,將納入公司合併報表範圍,成爲公司新增的全資子公司。
