健力氏紙巾母企金佰利(KMB.US)出售國際紙巾業務多數權益
擁有多個紙巾品牌健力氏(Kleenex)和絲潔(Scott)的金佰利(KMB.US)周四公布,分拆美國以外地區的健力氏及其他紙巾產品國際業務,成立價值30億美元的合資企業,並將多數股權出售給巴西紙漿製造商Suzano(SUZ.US)。
Suzano將斥資17億美元收購該部門51%的股份,而金佰利則持有合資公司49%股份。新公司將擁有國際家庭護理和專業護理業務的40多個區域品牌,同時,包括健力氏和絲潔在內的五個全球品牌將根據一項長期協議授權予新公司。
